Can a photographer deduct the clothing expenses spent on clothes for a
model that are used in a photo shoot? What if the clothes are given to
the model after the photo shoot is completed? Thanks!

Yes. They are either written off or capitalized if they have an expected
life span of more than a year. Same holds true for "stage attire" of actors
(generally less than a year) or musicians (can be either).

It would be an expense of the photographer, but included in the income of
the model.
